Hand tools generally refer to tools that are powered by mechanical movement of the hand, and not augmented by machine power. This FSG includes hand tools that are powered, nonpowered, edged, and nonedged; tool and hardware boxes; and sets and kits. Note that FSG 51 does not include gardening tools or measuring tools.
